DIY Princess Tulle Dress

  • Cotton fabric of your choice
  • Soft tulle fabric
  • Lining fabric for the skirt – satin/cotton
  • matching thread

  • fabric scissors 
  • 1/8 inch elastic / 1/4 inch elastic 
  • bias tape
