How to sew the Open Wide Tote
Sewing totes weekly is super fun especially when I make them with my kids. They do the little cutting while I do the sewing. I could say sewing tote bags is really a great way for mothers to bond with their kids. Today's weekend pattern is the Open Wide Tote, it's super easy and quick to make that even a beginner could sew one up in an hour or less. To get started, check out the free pattern below.
Materials needed:
- Outer layer ( quilting cotton )
- Lining ( quilting cotton )
- Zipper
- Interfacing (Fusible Fleece – 987F Fusible Fleece or Vilene H630)
- 1 Strip of 1″ (2.5㎝) wide Webbing Strap 30″(38㎝)
