Cute and Simple Hot Pad
I absolutely love finding and making wonderful crafts for the kitchen. The kitchen is definitely one place I love to spend my time and I’m sure you can all agree with me that having wonderful accessories in the kitchen definitely makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. Today we’re going to make this cute and simple hot pad that is great for holding those pots and taking them off the cooker. The process of making this is really easy and super fun too!
Materials needed:
- Enough fabric to cut four 4"x7" rectangles and four 4"x 2 1/2" rectangles; half a fat quarter would be more than sufficient
- Cotton batting - about 1/4 yard
- Insul-Bright - enough for two 4"x7" rectangles
- Binding/bias tape - about 1 yard of 1" single fold (or 1/2" double fold)
