DIY Kids Shorts

Hey friends! Let’s make some shorts for our kids. Shorts are perfect for playtime as they allow for maximum movement and comfort. Let’s do something super fun today, get some crazy patterned fabrics and click on the link below. Feel free to make as many of these shorts as you like. So, what are you waiting for? Materials needed:

  • 3/4 Yards of Knit Fabric
  • 3/4” Wide Knit Elastic – 22”
  • Ball Point or Stretch Sewing Needle (recommended)
  • Twin Stretch Needle (optional for hemming)
  • Matching Thread
  • Ribbon for Tag/Clothing Label – Desired width, 2”- 3” long
