Make a Flag Bunting

Hello party people around here. Here's the tutorial for this amazingly beautiful flag bunting to assist and be your companion as you embark on your own DIY flag bunting. Materials needed:

  • 2 yards of cotton lace
  • Fabrics 
  • 3 yards of fabric bias tape
  • Disappearing marking pen
  • Rotary cutter
  • Pins
  • Fusible bias tape web (optional)
