Easy Coasters DIY

Today for our sewing project, I am going to show you how to make these Easy Fabric Coasters! Homemade coasters are a quick and easy sewing project for beginners, and a great scrap buster to use leftover fabric. These DIY coasters protect flat surfaces from the heat of hot drinks like tea and coffee. They are also extra absorbent to catch condensation drips from cold drinks. No more marring water rings on your furniture! 

Materials needed:

  • Quilting cotton 
  • Interfacing (Fusible Fleece – 987F Fusible Fleece or Vilene H630) 
  • Basic sewing supplies
