DIY High-Waisted Sash Skirt

Hey seamstresses in the house. Check out this fashionable high waisted sash skirt for our next learning session. This is without doubt a beautiful piece of work which is so age defying that anyone will simply look great in it. High-waisted skirts help in making the waist more defined, this is a big plus! Good news is that this craft also has a tutorial that leads us step by step into making this skirt flawlessly!

Materials needed:

  • 2 yards of fabric (44" stand width, you should have some leftover)
  • Zipper approximately 6"-10" in length
  • Ruler/yard stick
  • Fabric marker
  • Sewing machine
  • Zipper foot for sewing machine
  • Fabric scissors
  • Pins
