DIY Women’s Cowl Neck Sweatshirt

A sweatshirt plus a cowl is like a 2-in-1 outfit. Your neck and chest gets total protection from the harsh weather and we can all agree that a Cowl Neck Sweatshirt looks beautiful. These are literally my uniform for the fall and winter, they are perfect for running errands. I just pair them up with some good pair of jeans and boots. Are you guilty as I am? Haha, I just have a lot of work to do and sweatshirts always save my day. 

Materials needed:

● Fabric
● 55” 1⁄2” Twill Tape
● Coordinating Thread
● Scissors / Rotary Cutter
● Pins or Binder Clips
● Sewing Machine, and other basic sewing essentials
