Make a Quick Tiered Skirt For Girls

Hey fellow seamstresses here. It's DIY time again and today, it's the tiered skirt that is free, colorful and comfortable. So, let's make one, two or even more for our young girls. Couple it with shirts, blouses and other top designs. I shared the tutorial for this skirt below, so you all can use it for your DIY tiered skirt. Enjoy the process!

Materials needed:

  1. About 1.5 yards of medium weight cotton or chambray.
  2. A package of 1 7/8 inch wide bias hem facing.
  3. A length of 1.5 inch wide elastic for the waistband that is long enough for your kid.
  4. A ruffler for your machine.
