Easy Box Pleat Apron

Are you a school proprietor, Home economics teacher, cooking freak like me or just someone who loves beautiful things. If you answer Yes to any of the above, then this dainty box pleat apron is the"it" for us. You can even start your own mini business by making and selling it. The good news? It's freaking easy to make, as you will see below. Jump right in and let's start!

Materials needed:

  • 1 yard of 60 in wide cotton print fabric
  • 1 package double fold bias binding (or make your own)
  • 2 different kinds of pins. I use long yellow-headed quilting pins and regular straight pins. I doesn't really matter as long as you can tell then apart. You could even just stick some tape to the head of some.
  • thread
  • sewing machine
  • scissors
  • measuring tape or ruler
  • iron
