How to Sew a Hoodie

Hey guys. It's quite known now that the summer is over and it's going to be getting chilly in the days to come. And what better way is there to prepare for it than by sewing some hoodies. They are pretty simple and easy to sew once you get the hang of it. Then when you are done, you can be rest assured that you have gotten yourself ready for the cooler days ahead.

Materials needed:

  • About 2 1/2 yards sweatshirt fleece. Make sure this stretches at least 10% widthwise, 30% for the cuffs and hem band
  • 1/4 yard rib knit for the cuffs and waistband
  • Eyelet kit
  • 36″ Shoelace
  • Mallet
  • Fusible Interfacing scraps
