How to Make a Reusable Swiffer Mop Cover

Hey friends. Do you love your swiffer but hate the cost of the disposable swiffer cloths? It’s a common frustration but we have come up with a homemade solution to it. With just the know how of few beginner's sewing techniques, you can sew up one of these quick and easy reusable swiffer covers. They are perfect in everyway you can think of. So I see no reason guys for you not to get in with this project right away.

Materials needed:

  • An old towel
  • Some old cotton fabric – I used one of my fabric remnants
  • Cotton thread
  • Sew on velcro strip
  • Pins, Scissors and a sewing machine
  • A large piece of paper to make your template pattern
