I most definitely love making these super easy DIY Reusable bowl covers. Ditch those old foils and replace with these super cute easy to make bowl covers. They are perfect for covering bowls with leftovers in the fridge, or for keeping flies off picnic bowls in the summer. They also make great gifts for friends and family, It can even be used for covering a dish you’re bringing to a party, simply anything you can think of!! So what are you waiting for guys, let's stay sewing..
Materials needed:
- Fabric quarters (choose how many you’ll need – I made 3) in coordinating fabrics or oil cloth
- Thread
- Scissors
- Marking utensil (pen, pencil, laundry marker)
- Bowl(s)
- ¼” white elastic
- Bias tape (extra wide double fold) in color of your choice
- Pins or clips
- Safety pin
- Iron/ironing board
- Sewing machine
